Crafted from a fabric by the iconic British design house Morris & Co., the Laidback Friday cushion cover features colourful artisanal stripes inspired by 19th-century archive sketches. Woven from a naturally textured jute and cotton blend, the stripes are set in harmonious colour combinations, complemented by subtle embroidered details.

Behind the Design
The design traces its origins to early sketches from the archives of Morris & Co., where once-unfinished artworks have been thoughtfully reimagined for today. Through The Unfinished Works project, historic motifs are brought to life with intricate embroidery, bridging the artistry of the past with contemporary craftsmanship. Each cushion cover is carefully handcrafted in the Mood & Pattern studio in Tallinn, Estonia.

This product was on my wishlist for a longer time, I was wondering if I should pay so much for a cushion. (In Poland 400 PLN it’s a lot for such product). Since I could not find anything more beautiful and this pattern and color theme was just perfect and exactly what I was looking for, I decided to purchase it. I don’t regret it, it makes me happy everyday when I look at my sectional. It’s what the company name stands for: gives mood and the pattern is beautiful. Also the quality is great, but how it washes I haven’t tested yet. If I will plan to purchase another pillow in the future, I will not wait so long with the decision, because I’m really happy with this product. Also the delivery to Poland was very quick, no problem at all.
