At Mood & Pattern, we strive to send your order as soon as possible, typically dispatching your order the following business day. As soon as your order leaves our studio, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

We ship to all EU countries, the UK, the USA, the UAE, Israel, Norway, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Japan, Singapore, Qatar, and New Zealand.
All orders are shipped from our studio in Tallinn, Estonia (European Union).

Understanding Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are given in business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. The day your order is placed is considered Day 0.
Unclaimed Packages
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, a return shipping fee of €25 (or the equivalent in your local currency) will be charged to you.
To avoid this, please keep an eye on your delivery via the tracking link and collect your parcel within the holding time.
