You are welcome to return anything that was purchased from Mood & Pattern if contact is made within 14 days of receiving the product. If you purchased a cushion set, you may return individual items from the set — you don’t need to return the full set. The refund will be processed only for the items returned.

We ask that returns be made in a timely manner and that items be kept in new condition with tags attached. 

Returns

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning your item.

To initiate the return process, please email us and include the following information:

• Order number
• Detailed reason for returning. Please be as specific as you can, e.g. if the color was not what you expected, then mention what was your expectation vs reality. This information helps us to improve our products and store.

After receiving your email, we will shortly get back to you with more information.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product — perhaps for a different design or size — just email us and let us know what you have in mind, and we'll guide you through the process. Exchanges follow the same 14-day window and conditions as returns above.

Refunds

• Once we have received your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
• If everything is alright with the item,  then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days. Otherwise, we will reach out to you via email and discuss each return case by case. 
• We will refund your original shipping cost (not the shipping cost for the return) if the entire order is returned. Unfortunately, if it is only a partial return we are unable to refund your original shipping cost.
