Inspired by Kente cloth, a heritage textile from West Africa, the Ewe cushion cover is crafted from colourful cotton woven stripes, cut and pieced into an intricate patchwork design. The reverse is finished in 100% stonewashed linen in a soft sand hue.

The Ewe cushion cover takes its name from the Ewe people of Ghana and Togo, renowned for their unique form of Kente cloth — a celebrated heritage textile of West Africa. This interpretation honours that tradition through woven cotton stripes reimagined in a refined palette. The fabric is designed in the UK and woven in India, before each cover is thoughtfully handcrafted in our studio in Tallinn, Estonia.

This product was on my wishlist for a longer time, I was wondering if I should pay so much for a cushion. (In Poland 400 PLN it’s a lot for such product). Since I could not find anything more beautiful and this pattern and color theme was just perfect and exactly what I was looking for, I decided to purchase it. I don’t regret it, it makes me happy everyday when I look at my sectional. It’s what the company name stands for: gives mood and the pattern is beautiful. Also the quality is great, but how it washes I haven’t tested yet. If I will plan to purchase another pillow in the future, I will not wait so long with the decision, because I’m really happy with this product. Also the delivery to Poland was very quick, no problem at all.
